These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of petspaonwheels.com and any appointment requests, bookings, or mobile pet grooming services provided by The Pet Spa On Wheels (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide mobile pet grooming services at or near your requested location. Services may include (as offered and requested): bath & blow dry, haircuts & styling, nail trimming, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, and related grooming services.

2. Booking & Customer Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate contact, scheduling, address, and pet information.
  • You agree to provide a safe, accessible location for our grooming vehicle (legal parking where permitted).
  • Your pet must be available at the scheduled time and handled safely for transfer to/from our care.
  • You must disclose relevant pet health conditions, behavioral concerns, bite history, anxiety triggers, or special handling needs.

3. Arrival Windows

Because we are mobile, estimated arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, and prior appointments. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate meaningful delays.

4. Pet Health, Safety & Behavior

  • We do not provide veterinary services. If your pet has a medical issue, consult a licensed veterinarian.
  • We may refuse or stop a groom if a pet becomes overly stressed or aggressive, or if continuing presents a safety risk.
  • If a groom is stopped for safety, you may be charged for time and services already performed.
  • For contagious conditions (suspected or confirmed), you must disclose this before service. We may decline service for safety.

5. Coat Condition (Matting) & Parasites

Severe matting may require additional time and special handling and can limit style options. If matting creates a risk of injury, we may recommend a shorter cut or stop the groom. If fleas/ticks are present, additional procedures may be required. Additional fees may apply where permitted.

6. Pricing

Pricing may vary based on pet size, coat condition, behavior, selected services, and time required. Any quotes are estimates unless confirmed in writing.

7. Payments (Due at Completion) & Tips

Payment is due in full at the completion of services.
We accept payment by card, cash, and other commonly used payment methods made available at the time of service. Tips are appreciated and accepted but never required.

8. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

Mobile grooming involves routing, travel time, and a limited daily schedule. Our cancellation policy is designed to protect that time.

  • 24+ hours notice: No cancellation fee.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: A fee equal to 50% of the estimated service total for the reserved appointment time.
  • No-show / not available on arrival / cannot access location: A fee equal to 100% of the estimated base service total.
  • Same-day changes (date/time/address) that prevent service: Treated as a late cancellation or no-show, depending on circumstances.

We understand emergencies happen and may waive fees at our discretion for true emergencies, especially when communicated promptly. Repeated last-minute cancellations/no-shows may require prepayment or may result in refusal of future bookings. If you have a payment method on file and applicable law permits, authorized fees may be charged to that payment method.

9. Photos and Marketing (Optional)

With your permission (verbal or written), we may take before/after photos of your pet for marketing. You can opt out at any time by telling us during the appointment or contacting us.

10. Text/SMS & Communications

Service Messages (Non-Promotional)

If you provide your phone number and consent, we may send non-promotional SMS/MMS messages related to the Services, including responses to inquiries, appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, and customer support notifications.

  • Message frequency: May vary.
  • Rates: Message & data rates may apply.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You may receive a one-time confirmation message.

  • Consent not required: Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Promotional texts: We do not send marketing/promotional SMS messages unless you separately opt in to receive them. Opting in for service-related texts does not automatically opt you in to promotional texts.

Electronic Communications

You agree that we may communicate with you electronically (including email, SMS, or phone) regarding your requests, appointments, and service updates. If you opt out of certain communications, we may still send non-promotional messages that are necessary for service delivery, legal notices, or safety.

11. Website Use & Acceptable Conduct

  • You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes.
  • You agree not to attempt to interfere with website security or functionality.
  • You agree not to submit false information or impersonate others.

12. Intellectual Property

Website content (text, logos, graphics, design) is owned by or licensed to The Pet Spa On Wheels and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.

13. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Grooming results vary based on coat condition, pet temperament, and other factors outside our control.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Pet Spa On Wheels will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Pet Spa On Wheels from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of: (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) inaccurate information you provided, or (c) your pet’s actions (including bites, scratches, or property damage), except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for disputes will be in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the parties agree otherwise.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
